I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and had every amenity I could possibly need. The hotel staff was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The on-site spa facilities were top-notch, and I had the most amazing massage there. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and the shopping district. Plus, the hotel's restaurant served delicious food at any time of the day. the experience was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a great Easter weekend at a hotel in the heart of the city. the rooms were very comfortable and spacious with a lovely balcony to enjoy the sun. the staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. One of the highlights was the gym, which was well-equipped and had everything I needed. the spa facilities were also excellent and the massage was very relaxing.

The breakfast was not up to standard. There was a charge for cappuccino, which I found strange for this type of hotel.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, with easy access to everything. It was situated very near the centre and the bustling David the Builder street. the metro was also within walking distance from the hotel. the room was equipped with everything I needed, including a well-designed bathroom. the staff's service was top-notch and the breakfast had a good selection.

The noise from the street could be heard from the room, which was a bit annoying at night.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

Additionally, the gym was well-equipped and provided a great retreat after a long journey. we had a fantastic experience at ZP Palace and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tbilisi.

This hotel provided two things that really stood out for me during my business trip: excellent Wi-Fi and a helpful and courteous staff. The location was also convenient as it was within walking distance to restaurants and stores. the view from the breakfast room was breathtaking!
